ECHO OPEN WATER INSERT SLEEVE POLYCARB - nearly all call makers will agree that the most challenging part of making a duck call is cutting the toneboard. It's possible to craft your own toneboard if you happen to find a quality toneboard jig and you're able to solve the mystery of drill hole size, drill depth, and how and where to position your insert blank into the jib. All critical aspects to creating a great sounding toneboard but all of these particulars are not provided with any of the toneboards that we've seen commercially available. So what's a guy to do!!
HOT NEW ECHO OPEN WATER INSERT SLEEVE WITH PURE ECHO TONE!
We listened to hundreds of complaints about these toneboard jibs with no instructions so we decided to take all of the "guess work" out of crafting a toneboard and we now offer these awesome POLYCARB DOUBLE REED TIMBER TONEBOARD SLEEVES. Now you can simply drill your bell end and "glue in" this awesome sounding toneboard and you'll be ready to hunt in short order!!
POLYCARB INSERT SLEEVE THAT IS SIMPLE TO INSTALL!!
We've cut the bell end off and left two groves that provide a place for glue to gather that will help hold it in place once inserted into your bell end. You'll have to shape and pre-drill your bell end and than it's a simple glue and push into place installation. We've sold a ton of these and they continue to be super popular.
These insert sleeves are tuned with Echo reeds and Real Cork.
